Every attic asbestos removal quote includes a complete R-40 attic refill using only the finest quality fiberglass blow in insulation available.

As with all Y-ATTICS services, there is no smoke and mirrors. Our price includes all travel, safe removal of contaminated material, waste disposal, plus a professional attic refill.

Current pricing is set at $14.00/sq' Plus tax.

This price is ALL inclusive.

• Asbestos contaminated vermiculite removed, as well as any other forms of insulation that may be below or added above it over the years.
• We run a Heppa filtered negative air machine throughout the entire process of removal, as well as use Heppa vacs to suck the entire attic clean.
• We then spray down the entire attic with Fiberlock PM encapsulant to trap any stray fibers from entering the air.
• We clean any affected areas of the home afterwards and leave a Heppa air scrubber running in the home for a day to leave the air quality at medical grade.
• All insulation is then transported to an approved facility for disposal.
• The final step is to refill the attic with brand new J.M fiberglass insulation.
